Dr. Thomas Haffner is a cosmetic and plastic surgeon based in Germany. He completed his medical education and doctorate in Budapest, Hungary, in 1979. Dr. Haffner became a specialized general surgeon in 1985 and later focused on cosmetic and aesthetic surgery. Since 2000, he has operated his private outpatient clinic in Cologne, Germany, specializing in aesthetic plastic surgeries for the face, breast, and intimate areas.
